Happy New Year everyone and I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I spent my Christmas in Dubai and really enjoyed myself and didn’t want to come back to cold, gloomy England! My internship at Sales Gossip  has now turned into a full-time job. I’m over the moon as the job market is really tough and I’m so grateful to have been given this opportunity and now work as a fashion writer on the Style Journal section of the website. I feel things are really looking up now and I hope things get better and better. As you can see Pop Goes Fashion has had a makeover. The new layout is clean, professional and simple and comes with a carousel where I will be featuring must read posts. I decided to keep the Sniglet font and pink colour that was used in my last blog design. There’s now a menu where you easily navigate to my social media pages and find out more about the blog. Not only has the layout changed but so has the content. If you read my one year anniversary post, I mentioned that I want to now focus on African fashion. I felt that my old blog content wasn’t me so decided to make a change. I’ve learnt so much over the last year about blogging  and I’m ready to take everything into account with my new blog. I feel a lot happier now my blog’s new direction and will even help me to have a better understanding of the African culture. I will be making some more changes here and therefor the next couple of weeks so let me know what you think of the new layout and content. I’m open to suggestions and ideas!
