Privacy

To comply with the  GDPR law taking effect on May 25th 2018, PGF is making sure readers only receive information they ask for. PGF doesn’t do auto opt in or subscribe to my blog and get a free keyring. When someone visits PGF, I use a third-party service, Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This helps me to find out the number of visitors, demographics and interests. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I also use Mailchimp for PGF newsletter . I gather statistic around email openings and clicks using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve the newsletters.  You can unsubscribe from PGF at any time.  I will be sad to see you go but I respect your decision.

Cookies

I’m sure you’ve seen the cookies pop up on every website you visit. Cookies aren’t just the sugary treats that are great with a cup of tea (I recommend shortbread and milk chocolate digestives) but smart bits of information that websites send to your computer whenever you view it. PGF uses cookies to measure visits and track affiliate links. If you would like to find out more information on cookies, please visit this page here. http://www.bbc.co.uk/privacy/cookies/about
